YIN
This yin yoga class is basically you laying on the floor sleeping for 75mins- for reals!
Each pose is held for approx 3-5mins each which allows the body to deep-dive into relaxation and release the muscles and fascia.
Once you are all relaxed from the poses, you will be put into a hypnagogic yogic sleep for 15 mins to really brush away the cobwebs of the mind and find deep nourishment for the soul.
The scenery and sounds of the gardens add something very special to this practice- come check it out.

SLOW FLOW
Life is hectic; there is so much shit to get done and your nervous system is almost always on overdrive. Time for you to slow down with mindful movement, breathe and chill out.
A gentle yoga flow suitable for ALL LEVELS.

VINYASA
Like a bit of a challenge and a lot of sweat with your yoga? YEAH you do!
A challenging yet accessible yoga flow, suitable for those with a little experience under their belt.

PRIVATE CLASS
A personalised approach to your yoga needs.
This private class is just for you and includes physical hands on adjustments, savasana assist with essential oils and a mini sound journey to finish up.
